Our discovery call was great, so we planned a date to take the next steps. We discuss your project, analyze the needs, ensure we have clear idea what is expected from both parties. This is our ‘Quick Scan’.
The quick scan takes about an 1 – 1,5 hour.
Proposal…
I summarize our notes and a proposal, with the planning and expectations, will be sent to you.
The Project…
You accepted the proposal and we start our collaboration.
On the first day, we kick off by ensuring we are all aligned and available when necessary.

Final stage…
Our project comes to an end. Together we celebrate on what went well and reflect on the challenges we had.
